- General
- A Minimundus ticket entitles a guest to one-time entry to Minimundus.
- The online ticket is valid for one calendar day, namely the day for which it was purchased in the online shop.
- The entry medium is non-refundable, non-transferable and must be used by one and the same person throughout the day.
- The ticket is only valid during regular opening hours as posted.
- The opening hours can be changed at short notice or the exhibition can be closed without prior notice (e.g. in the event of adverse weather conditions, imminent danger, etc.).
- The right is reserved to introduce additional restrictions at short notice and to change the range of services without prior notice.
- Booking process and payment
- The online shop describes the essential features of the service offered. This description does not constitute a legally binding offer to conclude a contract.
- The contract between the buyer (in short: customer) and Minimundus (in short: service provider) is concluded as follows (booking process): The customer selects the service in the desired quantity in the online shop and places it in the virtual shopping cart. In the next step, the contents of the shopping cart, i.e. the selected service(s) and the fee for them, are displayed. At this point, the customer has the option of removing services from the shopping cart. This is followed by entering personal data, whereby all mandatory fields must be filled out completely and truthfully. The payment method must also be selected. Finally, the customer must confirm that they have read the information about where the general terms and conditions and data protection regulations can be found. Up to this point, the customer has the option of canceling the booking process. The booking process is completed by clicking “BOOK”. The customer thereby makes a binding contractual declaration. If the offer is accepted by Minimundus, to which there is no legal entitlement, the customer will receive a booking confirmation and an online ticket by email to the email address previously provided after the payment has been successfully processed. This concludes the contract between the customer and the service provider.
- The prices shown for the services are all in euros and include the statutory Austrian sales tax (VAT). Before completing the order, the customer receives an overview of the total price.
- The option of paying by card is available in the online shop. In the event of misuse of a payment by card, the customer can reverse the payment in accordance with the regulations of the respective card provider. The customer must always bear their own bank charges.
- Delivery / provision of the ticket
- For booked services, customers receive a booking confirmation by email including a QR code or a digital ticket (both referred to as “ticket”). This means that the service of the online ticket shop is fully fulfilled.
- The ticket must be presented when using the service in Minimundus or scanned at the entrance control (gate). Otherwise, the service cannot be used.
- By redeeming the ticket to use the service, the customer or the user of the ticket submits to the general terms and conditions of use of the service provider.
- Duplication or other manipulation of tickets is prohibited. While entering, the ticket is scanned by the service provider and thus invalidated. The principle of first access applies. This means that as soon as a ticket is invalidated, subsequently used tickets with the same identification are automatically invalid.
- In the event of misuse (e.g. unauthorized, arbitrary disclosure, provision of false data, etc.), the ticket will be confiscated or blocked by the service provider without compensation. Any justified suspicion of misuse will be reported. In the event of misuse, the service provider reserves the right not to offer any further services to the affected customer.
- The customer must immediately report the loss or theft of a ticket to the service provider in order to have the ticket blocked. Until this report is made, the redemption of a ticket by a third party is at the customer’s expense. The service provider is not liable for lost or stolen tickets.
- Messages from the customer to the service provider
- The service provider and contact details can be found on the booking confirmation or ticket. The data provided by the customer during the booking process will be used by the service recipient exclusively for the purpose of processing the contract.
- Right of withdrawal, cancellation conditions
- There is no right of withdrawal for tickets purchased in the Minimundus online ticket shop in accordance with Section 18 Paragraph 1 Item 10 FAGG.
- Customers are not enabled to cancel tickets. There will be no refund of fees for services not consumed. However, customers are free to reach an amicable agreement directly with the service provider. Otherwise, the statutory provisions and any general terms and conditions of the service provider apply.
- Data protection
- Customers’ personal data is collected and processed exclusively for the processing of services within the online ticket shop. No customer’s personal data is passed on to third parties unless this is necessary for the contract processing.
- The service provider has full rights to process anonymized data, in particular for statistical purposes.
- The service provider is not liable for the content of the data transmitted by the customer.
- Further information can be found in the data protection information or declaration, which can be accessed at www.minimundus.at.
